Ordering Books Online

• Please also be aware, that while many items (including supplies) will show a new and used price, this does not guarantee that those items will actually be available as such. This is because our website is unable to reflect current inventory. To avoid delays, choose "Please Substitute" during checkout.
• Place only one online order per semester, combining all courses and books. This will avoid errors, delays, and reduce your shipping and handling fee.
• If your course says "No Information Received" this means that the bookstore does not yet have the book information posted. Please continue to check the website, rather than calling, since information is updated twice daily. If the out-of-stock message is followed by "No Books Required for this Course" it means exactly that, and no books need to be purchased.
• Please keep in mind that all orders placed online are filled through the Champlain College Bookstore on-campus in Burlington, VT. Orders will only be processed during business hours (listed under "Help" on this website).
• The "Prepay" option refers to in-store pickup orders. PLEASE BRING A PHOTO ID AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER WHEN COMING TO PICK UP YOUR PREPAY BOOKS.
• Generally, orders for ship-out will ship as soon as all the materials requested are available.
• We do not charge your credit card until your order is pulled and confirmed.

• We cannot accept orders via phone fax or email. Please contact us if you have trouble.
